Frequently asked questions
Do you have the machines in Maracaibo?
Whatever says "In stock" is in our inventory. "Made to order" items are ordered from Bambu Lab with your deposit.
What if it fails?
Message us on WhatsApp. We review the case and, if a part is needed, we order it by its official part number and install it in our workshop.
Can I pay in pesos or bolivars?
Yes. Prices are in US dollars as a reference; in Colombia we invoice in pesos and in Venezuela we accept mobile payment, bank transfer and cash.
Do you sell filament and parts?
Yes: Bambu filament (PLA, PETG, TPU, ASA), build plates, hotends, nozzles and parts by SKU.
