Bambu Lab service and warranty
We sell the machine and we answer for it. Here is what the warranty covers, how a failure is handled and where to get parts.
What it covers
Factory defects. We answer for 30 days from the sale, with the serial number on the invoice: if the printer turns out defective, we repair or replace it.
After those 30 days the Bambu Lab factory warranty continues. Each case is reviewed first; if it applies, we handle it with Bambu Lab as an authorized distributor. The official detail is at bambulab.com/en/policies/warranty.
The serial number is registered on delivery day. That registration is what activates the warranty.
What to do if it fails
Message us on WhatsApp with the model, the serial number, the code on the screen if there is one, and a photo or a short video.
We review the case with the Bambu Lab technical material for distributors. Many failures are solved over the phone.
If a part is needed, we order it by its official part number and install it in our workshop in Maracaibo.
Parts and consumables
We stock hotends, nozzles, build plates, Bambu filament and parts by official part number. What is not in stock is ordered with a deposit.
What voids the warranty
Impacts, humidity, power surges, non-original parts or modifications to the electronics. We recommend a voltage regulator.
